How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 8–10 business days, depending on your location.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At Ré, each piece is crafted with the utmost care and attention.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of size, fit, or change of mind.

We only accept returns/exchanges for items that are damaged upon delivery, provided that:

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order,

  • You provide clear photographic proof of the damage,

  • The item is unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To initiate a damage claim, please email us at rebysimran@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. 

What if my item arrives damaged?

We sincerely apologise if this happens. 

All return or exchange requests for damaged products are subject to review and final approval by the Ré team. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product does not meet our damage claim criteria.
