2. Made-to-Order Policy

Some of our pieces are made to order, which means they are specially crafted after your purchase. This may impact delivery timelines. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and accept a slightly longer fulfillment period (up to 14 business days).

3. Product Descriptions & Availability

We aim to describe all items as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, fabric, or fit may occur due to lighting, editing, or screen settings. Availability is subject to change without notice.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at our discretion without prior notice.

5. Shipping

  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Standard delivery takes 8–10 business days, but our aim is always within 7 days, where possible.

  • For urgent requests (1–3 days), please contact us via Instagram (@rébysimran) or email (rébysimran@gmail.com). Additional shipping fees may apply for expedited deliveries based on location.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis, especially for made-to-order items. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy (linked on our website) or reach out to us directly for clarity.

All content on this site—including logos, product images, text, and design—is the intellectual property of Ré and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
